SOLAR PANELS
Custom engineered, state of the art, renewable solar panels (PV’s). e-Solar Properties is committed to changing the mainstream home building industry by using renewable energy to lower greenhouse gasses.

BASEMENT
Energy efficient basement wall panels are highstrength 5,000+ psi insulated concrete. This basement is dry, requires no additional damp proofing, resists water and provides a comfortable environment. Energy Star and LEED approved.

INSULATION
We use high performance insulation for maximum comfort and minimal energy loss. This perfect combination of foam and fiberglass provide a tight building envelope.

HVAC/HRV SYSTEMS
High efficiency 14-SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio), 2 zone Air Conditioning and Heating System. We use a Heat Recovery Ventilation System, which cleans and filters the air.

PLUMBING
High efficiency color coded PEX pipes, COLD (blue) and HOT (red) insulated plumbing system. PEX Manifold runs each hot and cold line independently to each faucet.

ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS
All our products, paints, adhesives and sealants are carefully selected to be Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) in order to provide the highest indoor air quality possible. These materials are both LEED, Energy Star and NJ Clean Energy recommended. Additionally, we go through great lengths to research and use the best available products to maintain a tight building envelope, prevent bypass and air leakage.

LANDSCAPING
We use drought tolerant shrubs and trees to conserve water and we add a “smart” high efficiency sprinkler system to prevent water waste.

POLLUTION AND WASTE CONTROL
At e-Solar Properties, we take the necessary precautions and cover our materials so they can’t be harmed by the outside elements. We seal our duct work to prevent air born particles from contaminating the home, and ensure that dust, allergens and dirt do not accumulate in our vent system. We also recycle and re-use materials whenever possible.

In addition to complying with the regular town code inspections and state ordinances; e-Solar Properties undergoes many other inspections and a comprehensive rating system that goes above and beyond what a “regular home” must go through. We hire third party inspectors and raters who verify the performance of the home and test the quality of the materials as well as their durability. We are rated on energy efficiency and atmosphere, sustainability, materials used, indoor environmental quality, innovative design practices and water efficiency among other things.
